We were originally sending Kitty Chat out monthly, but we were finding it difficult to get enough new material together in time to continue to make it interesting. We also had a few comments from readers saying they thought it was too frequent. I believe as more and more people get increasingly reliant on the internet, smartphones and emails for their work and personal lives, loads of emails from websites can become very frustrating - especially if they are clogging up your inbox and stopping other stuff getting through. For these reasons, we now aim to send Kitty Chat out a 3-4 times a year - that way you're not overloaded with emails from us (which we do appreciate can be incredibly annoying!) and it means when we do send it out we can pack it full of useful, interesting information.
