Mustapha and Hafez Chowing Down

When Hafez came to me as a kitten, I already had a male cat named Mustapha. I had named Mustapha after a guide that I had had while living in Morocco. Hafez was an ancient Sufi mystic poet and I thought this new kitten needed an exotic name and one that would go along with his new older "brother", Mustapha.

These names for kittens are fantastic, and so unusual!

Gets me thinking another good way to think of cat names is remembering people (or animals!) you met on holiday, while traveling etc.
